Perishable products such as food, hay, wood shavings, and third-party products that we offer from other manufacturers, such as water bottles, toys and feeding bowls. If you're not sure, please contact us and we can find out for you.

No registry is needed. All you have to do is purchase through www.homeandroost.co.uk; your order details will be kept in our database so that if within the two years you need help, we can find your order details and how to contact you.

If you need a refund within the 90-Day time frame and you have used a credit card, but your original payment method has been cancelled, or you have closed it, we can refund your order back on to the old details we have, and your bank or credit card company will forward your payment to you.
