If your rabbits are bonded and happy living together, you'd only need one tier — in which case a single-level Chartwell will suit you better.

Yes — and we've deliberately built it bigger than most 2-tier hutches on the market. Each tier gives a generous 1755mm × 600mm of floor space, with internal ceiling heights of 505mm on the upper level and 525mm on the lower. That's enough for most adult rabbits to hop, stretch out fully, and stand on their hind legs comfortably — the kind of space welfare-conscious owners look for. If you've got a giant breed or a particularly tall lop, drop us a message before ordering and we'll help you check the dimensions.

No — we use 10mm thick timber on the sleeping doors and side panels for exactly that reason. Thin-panelled budget hutches get chewed to pieces in a matter of months, leaving gaps and weak spots.
