I was concerned that it would not be possible for me, an 82yr old lady,no good at DIY. to put it together - but it just needed a Philips screwdriver and it was easy!

They were so helpful with advice and instruction and wow - British made - wonderful - superb bird feeder and cheap!

We contacted Home & Roost for more information on what size cat house to buy and to find out more about microchip cat flaps. Alan responded quickly, was really friendly and provided great advice to help us decide on what to purchase.

The product is well made and the insulated pads in the floor and roof do help keep it warm inside.

I purchased a cat house for a stray that had arrived on my property. I was kept informed about the delivery.

I contacted Home and Roost by email to request a return, they responded almost immediately and were very understanding, they arranged collection and return of the unopened item very quickly and easily for me.

The fact that these are made in the UK, not China like everything seems to be these days, so being able to support a British company was fantastic.

Best hutches and cat hideouts around I was led to believe when buying flat pack cages that they would all break in a month or so which is normally been the case.

But since using home and roost with them being A British made company everything Is a lot better quality all the panels are solid they are easy to put together but we definitely ordering more from you in the future❤️

They arranged to send our hutch on an order separate to the rest of our ordered items, at no extra charge, so that we received it in time for our new bunny.

Initial issue with delivery date, but this was sorted quickly and professionally. The catio is well made and survived all the storms we’ve had in the recent months - it never moved.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I’m genuinely really pleased with this bird table.

Delivery was fast, it was easy to set up, and it feels nice and sturdy. The quality is better than I expected and it looks great in the garden.

Best of all, the birds seem to love it — they were using it almost straight away. Really good value for money and I’d happily recommend it.

I ordered the wrong hutch (I wanted a double but ordered the 2 tier) and also without realising I ordered the wrong size vinyl flooring.

The warehouse staff anticipated I had made a mistake with the flooring size and sent the one I needed.

I ordered this for my husbands birthday. I have looked at many this was the best around It’s taller at 7ft and exceptionally well made.We have farm at the back of our house so it’s all open land.

During the heavy winds last week it stood strong and very sturdy. Delivery was on time and great customer service. Would defiantly recommend great craftsmanship 👍

After a hedgehog house failed to arrive within the stated 3–5 days and appeared stuck at the courier’s depot.

After three weeks, I contacted Home and Roost and received an immediate and apologetic response from James, who dispatched a replacement straight away, suspecting the original had been lost.

Two days later, a pristine replacement arrived!

I'm delighted with the level of customer service. I will be happy to return to Home and Roost in the future.

Order process was straightforward - initially hutch was shown on back order but it was fulfilled and dispatched earlier than website said

Regular updates for the delivery - so I was able to reschedule to a convenient date.
Sandhurst 5ft Double Hutch easy to put together was well made and solid - it's withstood the storm which occurred shortly after putting it up.

Their website, delivery, instructions everything was beyond perfect. Note, wood is very strong so you will need a small drill. Can do by screwdriver though not recommended.

Hutch is beautiful and especially the design. Has allowed for me to keep my rabbits in a bigger hut outside and with three tiers, I have separated two of the rabbits that were fighting.

Also, they threw in a few Haroon packets so really nice surprise when you’re reading the instructions. Definitely using this company over pets at home from now on, wish I knew of you guys earlier!

I can be pretty sure that the making processes will do least harm to the environment, help protect our wildlife and countryside, and support local UK businesses.

Something made in China probably fails to meet any ethical standards that we consider vital . Well done Home and Roost. I'll be back!

Hello, my name is Alice. I am a feral cat and I have a choice of 3 warm and cosy places to sleep and to shelter from the weather.

There are other feral cats close by who are my friends and they also have cosy shelters where they can be safe and warm. There is a person who lives in a much larger shelter and she feeds us and puts fresh straw into our little houses.

We have overheard her say that she buys our houses from a British company called Home and Roost. We think that the people at Home and Roost must know a lot about cats because they have created such perfect houses for us which they make in their own workshops in England.

Putting together a world for bunnies, is not a simple thing, but they have helped us at every step of the way. The website is clear, and efficient, for which we are really grateful to them. The customer service has been excellent, and the one problem we had with a product was resolved within a matter of days. So just generally a great company, with a great attitude and great products.

Great product and keenly priced, swift dispatch, but let down by the courier, who managed to damage a key component. A quick email exchange of some photos and Alan and his team had a replacement on its way the same day!! I cannot fault the service and professionalism of Home & Roost.

Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged, but customer service was excellent and better than expected, as they replaced and picked up the damaged one the next day! The product is fantastic and of exceptional quality. Thankyou

Great customer service, the cat house was initially for a pregnant stray, however we ended up finding her owner and the stray.... she's just fat not pregnant!, i think my cats and the neighbours catswill use it during summer.
Its made beautifully, great workmanship for an extremely reasonable price I like the fact it has legs to keep it off the ground, I put a water proof cover over it, although the house is waterproof I just want to give it extra protection.

Highly recommend home to roost if your looking for pet shelters etc.

The Whitstable Cat House I ordered is beautifully designed and crafted. Unfortunately, our visiting cat would just not go inside. He is an outdoor cat and quite nervy so I guess he didn’t like the idea of being in his own house. Disappointing as it really is a lovely house, very solid and looks good.
I contacted Home & Roost to return it. James was wonderful to communicate with and arranged a home collection, soon after I received a full refund.
I highly recommend. The quality of cat houses is excellent and the customer service fantastic.

Top quality, arrived faster than a cat sprinting for treats, and at a price that didn’t make my wallet cry. The stray’s moved in, claimed the deed, and now stares at me from their porch like they pay the mortgage. 😂

Honestly, can’t fault Home and Roost — brilliant service, cracking product, and one very smug cat who clearly knows they’ve upgraded.

I made a purchase and then I wanted to swap the order. Alan cancelled my order so I could then proceed to reorder with the item I now wanted to buy

I then realised one of the items was back ordered but couldn't wait for that to be fulfilled so Alan split the delivery and within minutes after his email I had a confirmation my order was dispatched!
