Our 30-Day Guarantee covers any product purchased from homeandroost.co.uk. You have 30 days to return part or all of your order to us for a full refund. We will issue the refund back to the original payment method.

The products covered by our 2-Year Warranty are entitled to spare and replacement parts. When you contact us, we will help you identify the issue and recommend if a part or parts need replacing. We will order the new replacement parts from our workshop in Kent / UK and have them shipped out to you for free.

All wooden products manufactured by us, Home & Roost, are covered by our 2-Year Warranty. Rabbit Hutches, Rabbit Runs, Guinea Pig Hutches, Guinea Pig Runs, Bird Tables, Chicken Coops, Tortoise Tables & Tortoise Runs.

What products are not covered in your 2 Year Warranty?

Perishable products like food, hay, wood shavings and third-party products that we offer from other manufacturers, such as water bottles, toys and feeding bowls. If your not sure please contact us and we can find out for you.

How does your 2 Year Warranty work? Do I have to register my order?

No registry is needed. All you have to do is purchase through www.homeandroost.co.uk; your order details will be kept in our database so that if within the two years you need help, we can find your order details and how to contact you.

If you need a refund within the 30-Day time frame and you have used a credit card, but your original payment method has been cancelled, or you have closed it. We can refund your order back on to the old details we have, and your bank or credit card company will forward your payment to you.
