Once your cat settles inside, the enclosed space warms up quickly and stays cosy. For extra warmth on the coldest nights, you can add straw bedding or a self-heating pet pad — never blankets, as they absorb moisture and make the interior damp.
Is it really warm enough for the coldest winter nights?
Yes. The insulated roof and base retain heat far better than standard timber shelters, and the draught-free design stops cold air getting in. Most cats are comfortable inside even during frost and snow. On extremely cold nights, adding straw bedding boosts warmth further. Best hutches and cat hideouts around I was led to believe when buying flat pack cages that they would all break in a month or so which is normally been the case.

Their website, delivery, instructions everything was beyond perfect. Note, wood is very strong so you will need a small drill. Can do by screwdriver though not recommended.
