Really pleased with my new outdoor cat house. The standard of the house is excellent, plus there is a pet door that stays closed when not in use, so the house does not lose any heat. Also the inside has foil insulation that keeps the house warm and also safe for our cat with the cat flap door. A happy customer and cat.

I was grateful that it was already assembled only because it was a busy time for me. The one thing I had to do was take the cat flap off as my cat is not used to them but that was easy. Thank you. I had questions about the product and that was more about my lack of understanding of flat packs but I had a swift and comprehensive message back from James. Excellent Cat House; No DIY needed. Did not receive free Pet Pad but no matter. Quick delivery. Stray cat has not slept in it yet but as we know they take their time to get used to new things.Great experience with this company

The cat house was the cheapest but I was extremely pleased with the quality being robust and well made. Was quick delivery. Absolutely recommend this company and will be going back for my own cats.

The cat house is lovely. Well made and very attractive. However . . . I have no idea of how to get my feral cat to enter this magnificent mansion! I don’t think he would know how to push the cat flap with his face and I can’t lift him up to show him because he would probably rip my hands off. Not really your department but any suggestions would be very welcome!

I bought an outdoor cat house for my two cats for when they don't have access indoors. I'm not convinced they will use it! But I place treats inside which will hopefully tempt them inside! Its well made and it was easy to screw the legs on. It arrived well packaged. Time will tell if it gets used now.....!

The Cat hutch has provided a much needed escape from the weather for the stray cat who visits us but won't come inside.
